AtheneaJob activates projects for the following areas of the Erasmus + program:
Key Action 1 – Individual mobility for learning purposes
Key Action 2 – Cooperation for innovation and good practice
Sport - Partnerships of collaboration intend to support actions aimed at increasing levels of participation in sport and the promotion of physical activity.
Within the key actions 1 (KA1) training periods for young people and staff mobility experiences are included. Through internships, thanks to a work period in a foreign country, young people have the opportunity to improve a foreign language, increase their employment prospects and participate actively in society and European citizenship. With the staff mobility, those working in the field of education and vocational training have both the opportunity to improve their skills and the ability to facilitate the modernization of their organization of reference.
The activities of key action 2 (KA2), on the other hand, are aimed at supporting the improvement of the quality of vocational education and training by promoting cooperation between bodies. Any public or private organization involved in vocational education and training can participate in a VET strategic partnership to develop, implement and transfer innovative practices among organizations at local, regional, national and European level.
The Erasmus+ Activities of key actions aim to support actions in favor of sports organizations to improve their professional skills and to foster and promote dialogue among stakeholders. The program finances collaborative partnerships and non-profit sports events and supports actions focused mainly on grassroots sports. On the one hand, actions in this area aim to contribute to the development of an European dimension in sport and, on the other hand to the increase in levels of participation in sport and the promotion of physical activity.
